Four fields and you are done. Open the technical detail block only if you already have the numbers to hand — it speeds things up, but it is not required to start.

Add technical detail — optional, but it speeds up our reply
Or email jinshengcao47@gmail.com directly.

Your enquiry goes straight to our engineers and is stored on our own system so that we can reply — nowhere else. No mailing list, no third parties. Technical enquiries are answered within one working day; if the form fails for any reason, write to us directly.

Buyer enquiries: what speeds up a quote

  • Enclosure internal volume, in litres, and wall material
  • Widest temperature swing the enclosure sees, and how fast
  • Thread size if the panel is already tapped, or a drawing if it is not
  • Target IP rating and any qualification standard the part must sit inside
  • Annual quantity and target unit price
Before you write

Commercial questions, answered plainly.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Catalogue parts can start from sample quantities so you can validate before committing to production. For custom moulded items there is a practical minimum to amortise the mould, and we will show you the break-even calculation with the quotation rather than quoting a number without context.
Can you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes — send yours, or we will send ours. We do not share customer drawings internally outside the engineering team handling the project, and we do not produce a customer's proprietary part for anyone else.
How do you handle tooling cost and ownership?
Tooling is quoted as a separate line item, itemised and paid once. The mould belongs to you, and it is released to you if you move production elsewhere. We do not hide tooling inside the unit price.
What payment terms do you accept?
Terms are agreed per customer. New accounts typically start with a deposit against the purchase order, with the balance against shipping documents. Established accounts can be discussed. All terms are confirmed in writing before production starts.
Do you supply samples, and what do they cost?
Catalogue parts are available as samples, usually charged at unit price plus courier, and credited against a first production order in most cases. Custom and programme parts can be evaluated through a machined or 3D-printed first article before tooling is cut.
Which markets do you export to?
We ship worldwide by express courier for samples and by air or sea for production freight — Europe, North America, South-East Asia, the Middle East and Australia most frequently. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP depending on what your forwarder prefers.

A drawing and a short description are enough to get a real answer — including the parts we cannot verify yet.
