Vent plugs, relief valves and membrane assemblies from M5 to M20×1.5 — in PA66, stainless steel and nickel-plated brass. Everything below is either in production or in an active development programme, and every part can be adapted to your drawing.
Not sure which family fits? Send the enclosure volume and temperature range — we will tell you, free of charge. This list is updated as stock and development projects come in.
Sizing two families before you order: the cable gland size chart covers M, PG, NPT and G threads, and the vent plug size chart covers threads plus the pressure calculation. If you are closing a whole cabinet rather than ordering a single part, start with sealing every opening in an outdoor cabinet.
A starting point for selection. Final thread, membrane grade and sealing method are fixed once we have your enclosure details.
| Model | Family | Thread / mount | Housing material | IP rating | Status |

On the numbers. Airflow, water-entry pressure, temperature range and cycle life are configuration-dependent and are reported per part number after verification. We publish them on request with the test record attached, rather than quoting a single headline figure that may not apply to your build.
On the status column. “Production” means released and shipping. “Project-based” means built to order against your specification. Items marked in amber are in an active development programme — sample parts and the current test record are available for design-in evaluation.
Most of our volume is not catalogue parts. Buyers arrive with an existing vent that leaks, a housing that cannot be tapped, or a pressure requirement a standard valve cannot hold — and we design around it.
A 2D or 3D file (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF) or even a photo with calliper measurements, plus enclosure volume, temperature range and target IP rating.
We confirm manufacturability, propose the membrane grade and sealing method, and size the vented area for your pressure differential. Free of charge.
Mould cost shown as a separate line, unit price with the volume breaks stated, sample lead time and shipping terms. No packaged “engineering fee”.
For modified catalogue parts we can supply a machined or 3D-printed first article for fitment checks before the mould is cut.
Tooling is cut, samples signed off, then production with the lot test record, dimensional report and your packaging and labelling specification.
Your drawing and your tooling remain your property. We sign an NDA before receiving any proprietary file, we do not produce your part for anyone else, and if you move production we release the tooling to you.
